How do you work out my face shape?
We place 478 points on your face and measure four things: face length against width, forehead width, jaw width (both against your cheekbones) and the angle at your jaw. Those numbers are compared with seven face shapes — oval, oblong, round, square, heart, diamond and triangle. If you sit between two, we say so (for example "Oval, leaning Oblong").
Is the face shape result really free?
Yes. You see your face shape, the four measurements and three haircut previews (one clear, two blurred) without paying or signing up.
What makes a good selfie?
Face the camera at eye level, in even light, with your hair off your forehead and no hat, hood, headphones or hand near your head. If something is in the way we tell you before anything else happens, and that try doesn't count.
Will the haircut look exactly like this?
The images are AI previews made from your own photo. We keep your hair color and hairline and never add hair where your scalp shows, but the real result depends on your hair and your barber. That's why every cut comes with a barber card that says exactly what to ask for.
What happens to my photo?
It is stored privately and used only to make your results. It is never used to train AI models and never shared. Unpaid photos are deleted after 30 days; paid results are kept for one year so you can come back to them.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once — $9.99, $19.99 or $29.99 — and keep your results page for a year. If you're not happy, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
